Knitted Fabrics
We were the first vendor to bring 100% Cotton knitted fabrics to the US market. We offer various variety besides 100% cotton such as, polycotton, knits with stretch, spandex. Fabrics are in greige form in tubular and open width in different diameters and gauges. Dyed fabrics in various colors are available on custom order basis.
Knitted Fabrics
Single Jersey
Single Jersey knitfabric used predominantly for clothing manufacturing. The fabric can be a very stretchy singleknitting, usually light-weight, jersey with one flat side and one piled side. When made with a lightweight yarn, this is the fabric most often used to make T-shirts.Jersey is considered to be an excellent fabric for garments such as dresses and women’s tops.
Pique knit
Pique fabrics are typically medium weight and are made using cotton and cotton-polyester blends. This is particularly nice for knit pique polo shirts that are worn in warm summer months! Pique knitting produces polo shirts that are generally considered more formal than their jersey polo counterparts.
Interlock knit
Interlock shows knit stitches on both sides of the fabric and is a thicker fabric because it is knitted with two stitches, one directly behind the other.
Rib Structures
1×1 rib and 2×1 rib created through alternating rows of knit and purl stitches, rib knits feature ridges on both sides of the fabric. This knit lies flat due to the method of knitting and generally features more stretch in the width than the length.
Lycra Blended knit Fabrics
Cotton spandex knit fabrics also come in blends with rayon and other fibers that give a more loose, drapey hand while still providing good stretch and recovery. Cotton spandex knits are very versatile for use in sewing both tops and bottoms, including leggings, undergarments, socks and so much more.
Terry
Terry knit fabric is smooth on one side, and looped on the other. The result is a fabulous knit that is perfect for hoodies, loungewear, baby bibs, beach cover-ups and more.
Fleece
Fleece Knit Fabric is a durable, warm, and stretch fabric with a thick, deep pile. Fleece Fabric dries quickly, making it perfect for active wear.
